Delivery 
Standard delivery within the UK is free and takes around 3-5 working days. 
Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that the goods are received damaged, you should notify us immediately by email at hello@thefauxflowersshop.com. If it is fault, a full refund will be made along with the cost of returning it to us.
We cannot take responsibility for returned items received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
Returns Policy
We do want you to be entirely happy with your purchases and all items are inspected prior to dispatch. If for any reason you wish to return the product we ask you to ensure you send the product back and to email: hello@thefauxflowersshop.com if you have any queries. 
Please note you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly advise you to obtain a proof of posting in the form of a tracking number, as The Faux Flowers Shop is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.
